As a Research Assistant in the Costume Institute at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Emily documented over 3,000 garments with historical accuracy, conducted object searches for curators, led Talk and Tours, worked extensively with TMS, participated in a major collections management project to incorporate the Brooklyn Museum Costume Collection into the CI, and assisted in the installation and take down of exhibitions.
